(Although neutral white can be used in this case), transit areas such as corridors, stairs or entrances, and for professional areas: car parks and hospitals. They have a color temperature above 5,000 Kelvin.
In commercial premises and offices, the use of neutral white is recommended because it highlights the colors and produces a very dynamic effect on people. This can result in more sales and / or better employee performance. At home, it can be used in offices or reading areas (instead of cold white, more intense that can tire the view) or as general lighting of the house if the warm white is not to your taste.

IS IT FAVORABLE TO COMBINE TONES?

Yes, vary the color tones for different effects. In the particular case of the kitchen or bathroom, the combination of neutral light and cold light, creates an ideal mood that stimulates and relaxes both. The ideal, in these cases, is to use yellow or warm tones in ceilings or walls and bluish or cold tones in sconces, cabinets, lamps or on small tables / desks, but the choice remains in your hands (or your decorator). Similarly, the combination for commercial premises is recommended depending on the desired effect on the visitor.
